Is there a warranty on bicycle bags and other Donkee products?

We provide a 1-year warranty on all Donkee products. The statutory Dutch warranty period applies to all other products.

This warranty applies only to defects in parts and workmanship under normal use of the products.
Cargo bike rain tents: 1 year on tearing of the canvas. 6 months in progress.
There is no warranty on the window film of the cargo bike tents and all other production. Only when stated within 1 week of purchase.

Exchanges and Returns

Exchange or return is often possible in consultation, but you will pay the shipping costs. We will only reimburse the shipping costs if we are responsible for the reason for the return.

We apply this policy for sustainability reasons. Please pay close attention to the size and other product specifications before placing an order.

You have a 14-day reflection period when purchasing products. Within these 14 days you have the option to return products without giving a reason. The above return policy applies here. The cooling-off period starts on the day after receipt of the product.

Self-composed products and any added options (Anti-theft ring, cuts, recess, etc.) can never be exchanged or returned!
